Tuesday: 10:00am Holy Communion Service.

A prayer for those alone at this time of year
Loving God,
whatever happens,
be with me this Christmas,
especially when I find myself alone.
Be with those whom I hold in my heart,
whether they are near or far away.
Help us all to hear the good news of the angels,
and to reflect the light that shines in the darkness.
May the world you came to heal
know your peace this day,
for the sake of Jesus Christ.
Amen.
God our Creator,
giver of breath and speech:
in every time and season
you call us to celebrate all that you do
and have done in Christ.
We thank you for twenty-five years of Common Worship,
for the scholarship and word-craft that help shape our prayers and praise,
and for the faithfulness of all who pray them.
Continue to form us into the likeness of Christ,
until with angels and archangels and the whole company of heaven,
we worship you in songs of everlasting praise.
Amen.
